The Process

Your Free Week: Getting Started

We start with a comprehensive intake that covers your training history, current situation, goals, limitations, and what you actually have access to. This isn't a generic questionnaire—I'm looking at your whole picture.

What we cover:

  • Training experience and injury history

  • Current schedule and energy levels

  • Equipment access (home gym, commercial gym, or minimal setup)

  • Mental health context (anxiety, depression, how they show up for you)

  • Nutrition patterns and relationship with food

  • What's worked before and what hasn't

Your first week is free so you can learn the coaching app, get comfortable with the workflow, and make sure this is actually a good fit before any money changes hands.

Building Your Plan

Based on your intake, I create a custom strength training program and nutrition framework. This isn't a template with your name on it, it's built for your specific situation.

Your program includes:

  • Exercise selection based on your goals, equipment, and limitations

  • Volume and intensity that fits your recovery capacity

  • Built-in flexibility for bad brain days or low energy

  • Progressions that make sense for where you're starting

  • Nutrition guidance that doesn't require perfection

  • Monthly recipe packs for when decision fatigue is real

Timeline: You'll have your program within 24-48 hours of completing your intake. Then we review it together, make any adjustments, and get you started.

Training & Daily Support

You follow your program using the coaching app. With each workout, you log what you did... weights, reps, how it felt, any notes. I review every single session and provide feedback.

What daily coaching looks like:

  • I review your completed workouts within 24 hours

  • You get specific feedback on performance and form

  • Unlimited messaging support whenever you need it

  • Form check videos analyzed with detailed video feedback

  • Real-time adjustments if something isn't working

  • Permission to modify workouts when life happens

The reality: Some days you'll crush it. Some days you'll barely get through it. Some days you won't train at all. All of that is normal, expected, and part of the process. I'm here for all of it.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week, we check in to make sure the plan still fits your life. Training programs need to adapt... to your energy, stress, schedule, and mental health all fluctuate. We stay ahead of that.

Check-ins cover:

  • How training felt this week (effort, recovery, energy)

  • Any pain, discomfort, or form concerns

  • Life stuff that's affecting training (work stress, sleep, mental health)

  • Nutrition and how sustainable it feels

  • What we're keeping, changing, or trying next

  • Any questions or concerns you have

When messaging isn't enough: If you need to talk something through in real-time, you can request a video call. Sometimes you just need to have an actual conversation and that's totally fine.

Ongoing Adaptation

Your program evolves with you. As you get stronger, as your goals shift, as life changes the plan changes. This isn't a 12-week program. It's ongoing coaching for as long as it's useful to you.

How programs evolve:

  • Progressive overload when you're ready (not before)

  • Exercise swaps when something stops working

  • Volume adjustments based on recovery and life stress

  • Goal pivots when priorities change

  • Deload weeks built in (because rest is training)

  • Long-term periodization that makes sense for you

Why clients stay: Many of my clients have been with me for 6-10+ years. That doesn't happen with cookie-cutter programs. It happens when coaching adapts to real life and real people.
