Set up the coaching app: MyCoach AI is our user-friendly app and web platform that serves as a hub for communication, program delivery, and progress tracking. Download and set up the app on your device, and connect with Shane through the app. Complete the client onboarding form: Fill out an in-depth client onboarding form that helps Shane assess your needs, goals, and abilities. This information allows Shane to create a customized workout program and nutrition plan tailored specifically for you. Receive your personalized program and guidance: Based on the information provided during onboarding, Shane will create a customized workout program and nutrition guidance for you. You'll receive your program through the app, complete with detailed instructions, exercise demonstrations, and meal planning guidance. Track your progress and communicate with your coach: Use the app to log your workouts, monitor your nutrition, and track your progress. Stay in touch with Shane through the app's messaging feature, and participate in regular check-ins, form assessments, and video calls.     No. As a nutrition coach I can give you guidance and help you figure out what would work best for you. A cookie cutter meal plan takes away from your independence and ability to experiment and explore what works best with your body and goals. I will absolutely help you along the way to make better choices and to give you a recipe if you need.
